Ax3000. Just purchased. And latest firmware installed All 3 units connected But I can't add a product to the WiFi network. Says no clients.
So I have 0 devices connected. Or showing up to connect.

If you check on the bottom product label, can you find any model number, like Deco X50/X55?
It is also recommended to refer to Deco APP Frequently Showing "0 Online Clients" for more suggestions.
