hello
could you please help me i have some internet problems ,
my "internet " led turns red for 5 min and then comes bacl blue and then red and then blue
my modem is : VC220-G3v

As VC220-G3v is a customized model by some ISPs only, we can know much less than common DSL modem routers.
The common troubleshooting guide is for your reference: What should I do if Internet connection on my TP-Link DSL modem is unstable?
If it does not help, it is sincerely suggested to contact your ISP to confirm.
