I'm searching for a gigabit modem/router with DNS-O-Matic support as DDNS.
Can dnsomatic be added to the DDNS list? I think it uses the same protocol as dyndns but points at another server.
Or is it possible to add the service by telnet modem interface?

Thank you

TP-LINK claims 8970 supports no-ip and dyndns. As for other DDNS server, maybe they haven't test or something, but you can still have a try and check if 8970 support dnssomatic.
If it supports, you can share with us :)

@domfe It would be great if it supported DNS-O-Matic since DNS-O-Matic supports almost 50 DDNS providers. And on top of that the protocol used by DNS-O-Matic is the same as the one used by DynDNS
