  @David-TP since upgrading to 1.1.7 I am also finding that devices will not stay connected to the preferred deco with my BE65 system.

  @cs37er

Hi, nice to see you again.

Have you tried to update the latest 1.2.0 version here:

Wait for your reply.

Hi  @David-TP.

Lately I noticing some instability in the ethernet backhaul on my three BE63. I have checked the cable integrity between units and could not detect any signal degradation. It does not help that I have a cascade topology (main deco -> deco 1 -> deco 2).

Looking at the logs there are several entries for:

  • qca_delete_wds_entry: failed to send ioctl e wlanif_deleteWdsEntry

I was completed locked out from the network. Could not get a stable connection long enought to acess the app or web interface.  I had to complete disconnect all cables, restart all units and let them connect trough wireless backhaul before reconnecting the cabling.

Would be nice, in a future firmware update, if there was an advanced option to check the ethernet backhaul negotiated speed between units (maybe soptionstion like reboot the ethermet backhaul).
