The wireguard protocol is stuck on connecting the OpenVPN works fine

Hi, welcome to the community.

Which Wireguard VPN server are you trying to connect to?

Could you please send an email to support.forum@tp-link.com with the following details:

1. A copy of the VPN client config file.

2. please disable the VPN client settings and restart Deco once; then manually configure the Wireguard VPN client again on the Deco APP.

--This time, please log into the Deco web UI and help me save the system log:

Deco web interface login

Which Wireguard VPN server are you trying to connect to?

Could you please send an email to support.forum@tp-link.com with the following details:

1. A copy of the VPN client config file.

2. please disable the VPN client settings and restart Deco once; then manually configure the Wireguard VPN client again on the Deco APP.
