Wi-fi wont confirm at setup

Hi, I have been using this successfully until recently.
I have changed isp and have had problems at the end of the quick setup process. When it gets to the point of checking all the connections it hangs on the configuring wifi part and never stops. If i stop it manually i am unable to connect to the device. I have reset the device and gone throught the process 3 times now with the same result.
The lights on the front say i am connected to internet and everything else seems to be correct I just cant connect to device after this setup process.
Help me please.
