High Ping when play online games like B4!!!!!

I bought this ADSL modem a month ago. I originally bought it coz I want a reliable connection while I play online games like BF4 and COD ghosts. When I enter the online game, my ping is something like 65-68 , after spending like 3 min of play, my ping go up to like 200 and sometimes 600 and 900 ms, and I get kicked from the server because high ping. I tried to make sure that no one connected to my wireless except me, and still y ping is so high. When I do anything else like Facebook and Google, the speed is good, but only when I play online games? any help ?
