Configuration not saved

Hardware Version : Not Clear
Firmware Version : V5
ISP : BSNL dataone
Hello experts,
I have purchased TP-link wireless ADSL modem from snapdeal. (TD-W8951ND) . It was working fine. But since last 2 days modem gives wired issue. First i thought password might have been reset, so i contacted BSNL and changed my username and password.
Whenever i am entering all config setting it does not getting saved. when i restart modem after saving. all setting are resetting to default. even i tried upgrading firmware and tried, But it gives same error.
Can anybody help me regarding this issue. or shall i claim warranty as modem is hardly 5 month old.
