Hello guys i have deco e4 , my internet connection is pppoe and i want to setup a secondary static ip address , how to do that

Usually, an ISP will randomly assign a fixed IP address for a PPPoE connection. Can I have more details about the " secondary static IP address"?
May I know who your internet service provider is? Did you ask for more than one IP address for the PPPoE connection, such as:
Two IP-Adresses on a pppoe interface
PPPoE with multiple IP addresses
