Model: RE330
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version:

Our tp-link mesh wifi extender is not working properly, it's connecting to the router and when it does it says Limited Connection. We have 1 main wi-fi router, 1 main mesh router and 2 satellite mesh. The mains are connected to each other but when I try to connect the tp-link to the router it's not working and it only have 1 light even after resetting it.

Somebody help, we need strong wi-fi connection around the house, thank you!

Hi  @No_Elle8,

Please tell me what are the models of your main Wi-Fi router, main mesh router, and 2 mesh range extenders?

Which router are your two mesh range extenders connected to? Which router are your two mesh range extenders connected to?

Please refer to FAQ to improve connection: How to place your wireless Range Extender for optimal reception and performance
