ISP : Telefonica de Peru Speedy

Up until recently, I was able to view my home video surveilance cameras either by wifi access to the router or by the web. I use a remote name server as the ISP service is dynamic IP update. The name server is working and updating the IP address, but the connection is refused when I try accessing the DVR/router. Images are being recorded and simultaneously displayed on a connected TV. I can log on the router and view the configuration settings. If my ISP has blocked ports, how do I configure port forwarding to get around this? By the way, I still have internet access with the ADSL router, my problem is viewing remotely the video cameras. Before I could enter the IP address and see the cameras.
