I am not able the access VPN Service that is setup on ER605 router. The canyouseeme.org shows these ports closed. I am not sure what is wrong here. 

 

Here is the configuratin and network setup.

 

Gateway

- ATT BGW320-500

- IP 192.168.1.254

- NAT/Gaming >> IP 192.168.1.253 : Port 1701, 500, 50, 1194, 1723, 4500

 

VPN Roter

- ER605

- WAN IP 192.168.1.253

- WAN1 IP 192.168.1.252

 

VPN IP Pool

- VPNIPPool > 10.10.40.101 <> 10.10.40.199

 

VPN Users

- Username, Password

- L2TP

- Local IP Address 10.10.10.81

- VPNIPPool

- PDNS - 8.8.8.8

- SDNS - 8.8.4.4

- Mode Client to LAN

- Max Conn - 5

 

VPN L2TP

- WAN

- Encrypoted (Tried Unexcrypted as well)

- Preshared Key

- Local Network Type - Network

- Local Network LAN

- Status  Enabled.

What's the gateway's WAN IP?

Please mosaic your sensitive information. Here is a list of information considered sensitive:

1. Public IP address on your WAN if your WAN is.

2. Real MAC address of your device.

3. Your personal information including address, domain name, and credentials.

For troubleshooting purposes, when a WAN IP is needed, please leave some values visible for identification.
