Just purchased a new set of 3 X50.  Initial setup is easy.  But nothing much is working in the app, and there's not web ui to configure stuff.

 

Saving Signal Source preference for individual signal source causes infinite loading screen.

 

Going to Advanced -> DHCP Server, causes infinite loading screen.

 

I need to be able to configure the DHCP Server to set a new LAN IP range and reserved IP.

 

But nothing is currently working.

 

Please provide solutions.

Can I have the current firmware version of your Deco X50?

How about the current Deco APP version?

 

By the way, May I know how many mobile devices you have had? Would there be a lot of smart home devices?

 

Would there be any chance that you could record a video clip of the "infinite loading screen“?
