TD-W8951ND errorlog netMakeChannDial: err=-3000 rn_p=80546d7c

Hi all. I have a TP-Link that shows this messages in the system log.

I searched it in google and people say that this mean the ruter disconetc but i want to known why the ruter disconnect and what is the solution¿?
My ISP is Telefonica Spain and the ruter´s configuration is the standart to this ISP. I used a Telefonica´s ruter and Internet goes fine.
Sometimes if I am connected to a phisical LAN port I lost the connectivity.
Someone can help me¿?
