Need help.

I'm not using Guest Network at all but when I scan wifi at home,it say there is security danger in guest network.

but I don't use it.

I tried log out many times and many ways

 

someone can solve this?

Hi, thanks for your update.

Please do not worry. After confirmation, it is not a risk, and the app did not list it as a risk, either.

It is a normal reminder on the app and there is no need to turn off guest network if you need it.

Hi, welcome to our community.

May I confirm what tool you used to scan wifi? And is Guest network on Deco app totally disabled?

Please share the screenshots of the reminder or message(security danger in guest network) on app or web page.

And it is suggested to keep Deco app and firmware up to late.

I use home shield to scan wifi and guess network on deco app is work normally 

 

I share a picture but I use deco in Japan so please translate to English 

 

I'm keeping there firmware to late
