I'm afraid there hasn't been a plan to add an auto-push notification to the smartphone when Deco is offline/disconnected.
You can find the main Deco was red if the internet service was disconnected from the Modem. If you are outside, after logging into the Deco APP, you will see an error message like "unable to connect to the Deco".
