Hi @Hungngo,
For your issue, please try the following troubleshootings and help us collect information:
- When the issue occurs, does the entire network corrupt or disconnect, or is it just the Archer AX53 that is disconnected?
- What is the LED status, and what are error message?
- Did the problem occur after you updated to the pre-release firmware?
- Swap the physical locations of two satellite routers for comparison?
- Remove the Archer AX73(the other satellite router) and check will the issue persist?

When the issue occurs, does the entire network corrupt or disconnect, or is it just the Archer AX53 that is disconnected?
-Whole network disconnect wifi , only handle when unplug ethernetbackhaul from ax53 and 10minutes to reset the system
What is the LED status, and what are error message? -Main router got disconnect from ISP( yellow led)
Did the problem occur after you updated to the pre-release firmware? Yes , but it not occur when i update the firmware immediately , for example with firmware 1.31 it occur after few weeks , for 1.43 it occur after several days , so before it occur the problem the network still normal with detect ethernet backhaul
Swap the physical locations of two satellite routers for comparison? Already , use others wire cat8 to test near the main router
Remove the Archer AX73(the other satellite router) and check will the issue persist? Not yet , cause use wireless with ax53 still normal

Hi @Hungngo,
Thanks for your reply.
Currently, we haven't received the same feedback as yours. If you can remove the AX73 to test the Ethernet backhaul for AX53 only, please send me the test result. If you don’t want to do this, you can skip this step.
In addition, if wireless backhaul does not affect your use, you can continue to observe the running status of EasyMesh.
But if the issue persists, please help collect the system logs and backups of the router:
How to view and save System Log of TP-Link wireless router
How to create and restore from a backup file on your TP-Link Router
you can email support.forum@tp-link.com, attaching [Forum ID 759926] and details, and we will have a dedicated person to assist in analysis and follow-up.
