Setting up Guest WiFi

I currently have my EE Home hub and 3 Access Points that work great. I want to add a 4th AP but this one needs to provide internet access to guests and zero access to our local devices.
I know this is possible but I have read contradictory information and I am now a little confused. Can someone please explain how this is achieved? Thank you.

May I know what is the model of your TP-Link device? For your need, you can enable AP isolation on the access point. Go to Wireless > Wireless Advanced/ Addtional settings
AP Isolation is used to protect the device against attacks from other device in the same network. With this function enabled, the device isolates all the connected clients within the same wireless network from each other, which enhances the network security of users. As the picture shown below, with AP Isolation enabled, the two hosts in the same wireless network cannot communicate with each other.
Or you can set the Access point to Multi-SSID mode:
In this mode, the access point creates multiple wireless networks to provide different security and VLAN (Virtual Local Area Network) groups. This mode is suitable when you want your devices connected to different wireless networks and become isolated by VLANs.

@Joseph-TP Sorry for the slow response I have been dealing with family matters.
The current setup we have starts with an EE Home Hub that provides WiFi and ethernet ports.
From the Home Hub, we have an ethernet connection to a TP Link SL1311MP unmanaged switch.
From the SL1311MP we have 3 EA245 Access Points that provide WiFi to the perimeter of the property.
So if I understand this correctly, I can add a 4th AP and enable AP isolation. Will this work isolate if plugged into the SL1311MP with the other AP's or do I need to get a new ethernet cable back directly to the home hub?
Thank you for your assistance.

@Joseph-TP The unmanaged switch is only cheap so I don't mind changing it. What retail products can I use to solve the problem?

Like mentioned in the other post, you don't need to add any other switch or EAP units.
Just follow the guide to create a new guest wifi network.
