OpenVPN Client
I cannot get the OpenVPN Client feature to work and I cannot switch it off. I began configuring it and an OPenVPN server is now showing with status ‘Connected’ in the Server List. However, it seems there is no functionality to choose devices to use it! I now wish to disable the server but when I try, I get a box with a message, “Error code: 1 Internal error.” and the server remains connected. I get the same message when I try to disable the OpenVPN Client. The only way I can disconnect from the server is to disable OpenVPN Server! I want the OpenVPN Client to work correctly.

Hi, thanks for posting question here.
Could you please share the detailed screenshots of your settings and the error message showing on the web UI?
Then we may understand your description better. And does the device work as DSL modem router mode?
Best regards.

@Marvin_S My VR600 is in DSL modem router mode. The description of its latest firmware states “Supported OpenVPN Client feature.” I want to be able to use NordVPN with multiple devices. I configured a server for devices to access but could not find a place to list the devices that should access that connection. Now I cannot even remove that configured server.

Hi, thanks for your update.
We confirmed that there is no Device List for this model.
Setting up VPN connection successfully means all the devices have been in the list already, so it does not support to select one by one.
And you may click on "Delete Icon" to remove your connection. (as below)
Best regards.

@Marvin_S I also get a box with a message, “Error code: 1 Internal error.” when I click on "Delete Icon" to remove the connection. The server still shows and no devices are using it to access the internet.
I am confused with you mentioning, “there is no Device List for his model” and “Setting up VPN connection successfully means all the devices have been in the list already”.
I wondered if there were some full instructions I could follow for setting up this newly supported OpenVPN Client feature.
