Router admin keeps returning me to login screen
Router admin keeps returning me to login screen
The router admin keeps returning me to login screen,
sometimes i click on a link and i am returned to the login screen, i login and if im lucky i can change what i need to before it logs out again sometimes with in seconds.
sometimes i will need to login about 20 times just to get a change made and saved.
this has nothing to do with session timeout as its happening in a matter of seconds.
firmware is the latest 1.8.0 0.9.1 v009e.0 Build 230705 Rel.12787n
tried 2 computers and 2 browsers chrome and edge
could be related to this but that case was locked without a solution confirmed https://community.tp-link.com/en/home/forum/topic/624014

Hi, thanks for your further validating and sharing. We will deliver your feedback to the related team for further research.
BTW, you may upgrade firmware to latest.
If you are using Home Assistant as well, it is suggested to disable UNPN on it.
Thank you and best regards.

Hi, welcome to our community.
Did the issue happen before? We have not receive same feedback on the model.
It is suggested to take local upgrade to the latest firmware according to the official website.
You may also take factory reset and check again.
Thank you and best regards.

@tpinker i'm experiencing the same problem. I try to login to my admin console, but after logging in my mileage really varies. sometimes i'm immediately logged back out, even before the main page loads. other times, i'm able to tweak a couple settings before getting booted, but usually the furthest I'm able to get is clickinga link on the main page before I get logged out. any help would be so very appreciated. thanks!

@zombietron its too much of a coincedence that we both have this issue and both ha e home assistant. I think homeassistant logs in every 30 seconds to update its sensors resulting 2 users logging in at the same time you and HA then itboots you out.

right os ive just been into HA and checked devices and uPNP and disabled it , logged into Tp link from browser not private and played about with it for while add a static ip , nat setting and it did not crash once but could be a fluke , i'll leave upnp off and see what happens next....
