Hi@Norfolkboy74,

It seems that you need to use DSL cable for network connection because of the home phone adapter. Please note that Archer AX20 is a wireless router, it only has Ethernet ports.

For DSL connection, you can consider adding DSL modem router or DSL Deco.

Hi,

Is this the adapter you are talking about? https://www.bt.com/help/user-guides/phones/digital-voice/digital-voice-adapter

If I look at the user guide that can be downloaded from that webpage, then I seems to me this adapter is specifically designed to work together with a BT Hub, but not any third-party wireless routers.

You might want to check with BT whether what you are trying to do is actually supported.

@Joseph-TP thanks for the reply, I should have mentioned the adapter can only be connected with WPS

@woozle yeah I think you're probably right even though BT tech told me it would work with a tp link router 🙄
