Hi, I recently bought a TP-Link Wireless ADSL2+ Modem Router, TD-W8968. A CD came with my purchase and is used for quickly installing the device into my home. The CD connects me to the Easy Setup Assistant where you are supposed to, first, see if the LEDs on the device are accurate, which mine are. Later it goes on to check the ADSL device's connectivity. It checks my network adapter, which is clear but when it continues to check my network status a warning label pops up. The window says:

"Failed to check network status
1. Please check the network connectivity.
2. Please check the model of your router."

I don't see that either is experiencing any problems. My internet is working fine and I can normally surf the web but I cannot install the device or setup a password. Help would be appreciated. Thanks.
