I own a Deco X60, I have been trying to add S4 to my network. They add in the app, but they never function. None of my cell phones or computers connect to the add-on S4s, I tried already with two S4s. No luck.
Are these two systems compatible? Am I doing something wrong?

After adding, if you you can see Deco S4 showing online on Deco app, what is the LED status on S4?
All Decos are compatible and can set up one Deco mesh network.
