Hi,

I am jagdish from India - Mumbai Using your TP-Link TD-W8970 ADSL2+ Modem Router.

Earlier i was on Firmware version 0.6.0 2.8 v000c.0 Build 130828 Rel.38099n on which the internet was working fine but the
DDNS functionality using NO-IP Host was not working with EWAN Connection even if the DDNS page showed Sucess with connection.

Then you released a firmware version to fix EWAN DDNS issue i.e.
TD-W8970_V1_140508 which was removed from site silently.
With this firmware even the DSL connection was failing with ISP and rendered the router useless.
Even downgrading back to old version was not working strangely. ..sad and really bad

Then you have now released firmware version
TD-W8970_V1_140613 and still the router is not able to login to my ISP at all.

The log file file shows errors as below:

The login credentials and all settings are absolutely correct and verified to be working fine with other spare router i have .

Its been a month and i am badly stuck and unable to use the router at all.

Please resolve the firmware bugs as soon as possible.
