About 1 year ago I purchased TD-W8951ND router. It was working fine but some time ago it started to disconnect from Internet. It happends 1-2 days every week. I don't know if it's router's or ISP problem.

Today it happened again - it started to disconnect and to re-connect to Internet every 1-2 minutes. After some 15 minutes everything went back to normal.

I decided to check the router's settings. So, I accessed the router: http://192.168.1.1/ and discovered that system log is full of the same error message:
6/27/2014 12:8:19> netMakeChannDial: err=-3000 rn_p=80543d40
6/27/2014 12:8:44> Last errorlog repeat 14 Times
6/27/2014 12:8:56> netMakeChannDial: err=-3000 rn_p=80543d40
6/27/2014 12:9:28> Last errorlog repeat 42 Times
6/27/2014 12:9:43> netMakeChannDial: err=-3000 rn_p=80543d40
6/27/2014 12:10:8> Last errorlog repeat 3 Times
6/27/2014 12:10:9> netMakeChannDial: err=-3000 rn_p=80543d40
6/27/2014 12:10:9> Last errorlog repeat 2 Times
6/27/2014 12:10:26> netMakeChannDial: err=-3000 rn_p=80543d40
6/27/2014 12:10:47> Last errorlog repeat 53 Times
6/27/2014 12:10:51> netMakeChannDial: err=-3000 rn_p=80543d40
6/27/2014 12:11:27> Last errorlog repeat 17 Times
6/27/2014 12:11:34> netMakeChannDial: err=-3000 rn_p=80543d40
6/27/2014 12:12:2> Last errorlog repeat 20 Times
Internet is working now just fine but new error messages are appearing non-stop.

Any ideas what does it mean? Is it something to worry about?

I have a static IP address but in "Interface Setup" is selected "Dynamic". May it cause any problems? I would not touch any modem settings because when I purchased it I sent 2 days to get it working. I am afraid to touch anything.

Thanks.
