Cant connect to WIFI using mikrotik login
I just bought the RE505X to use in my boarding house, but it cannot connect to the WiFi, which uses Mikrotik and requires login first. I bought this product because the WiFi signal in my room is weak. I have tried various methods, but it still doesn't work. If it connects to the WiFi, the RE505X becomes inaccessible on its main page and needs to be reset to be reconfigured. Is there any solution or setting for this? Thanks

Hi @GeryS,
We currently have portable travel routers that may be suitable, but they may not be sold in your area.
It is generally not recommended to use range extenders for open Wi-Fi or portal Wi-Fi.

Hi @GeryS,
Is the WiFi from mikrotik a portal WiFI? If yes, you may need to log in to connect to the network, which is usually not supported by range extenders.Or please provide a screenshot of the error message to better locate the problem.

@Joseph-TP yeah a portal WIFI, after connected to the wifi, u need to login first to surf internet. Theres no error message, but the extender become unavailable to connect and must be reset again to setting from first again. So its not compatible to range extender? Dont have any setting to do that? Which TP link can do that? Anyway thanks for your answer
