TD-VG3631 Web Interface login error 403 Forbidden

I have this modem
I switched it on after two days since I was away from Home.
Now when I try to log into the web interface it is showing the page with the error (192.168.1.1 )
" 403 Forbidden " on the page.
Can Someone assist on this as I am considering returning the product if no solution by end of the week as it is still under one year warranty.
I recommended this for a friend of mine who has internet with TPG and had his VOIP account hacked and used.
Is there security flaw in the product ?
Plsd to hear comments from TP Link or its users.
