what is the meaning of this error?

I'm having same problem, also sometimes the admin web interface is dead, router keep restarting several times.
Is this a hardware issue with W8951ND model ??
Any helps are very appreciated.

hey, did u contact tp-link...what they said?...are they telling the modem is faulty and u need a replacement!?
