DNS Lookup issue in TD-W8968

Dear Team,
I`m facing DNS Lookup issue for some WEB Sites and page is not loading up.
I thought was services provide issue, but when checked it connecting network directly to system the webpages were coming up with any issue.
Tried upgrading the firmware no help.
when diagnostic the router it is saying "Test DNS Root Fail"[ATTACH=CONFIG]1412[/ATTACH]

Please suggest any work around for issue.
