Fault with Device Circuit

I purchased this model around 15th April 2014 from Snapdeal. Till this morning the router was working fine but today while surfing net I saw that there is some kind of smoke coming out of area where the adapter pin is inserted in modem and then device stopped working and no lights are blinking at all.
I tried to call hotline no. 5-6 times but nobody is picking the phone. Please help me.
