Hi,

 

I wanted to know if there is a people counter tab in the settings along with the AI search ( by colour, backpack or not etc)?

 

I am not able to find it. Can somebody also help me out with the list of cameras from VIGI that support the above functions?

 

AI search and People counting.

Where is the tab for searching with AI options??

 

I am using a 540S and 340S camera along with the 2016H NVR.

Thanks for posting in our business forum.

Search is based on AI search. It is a separate feature.

VIGI AI Pro and Smart Search Compatibility List

 

AI count can only count the people that have arrived. It does not actively display the counting on the image(in OSD).

And all these features require both the NVR and camera to work together.

For the AI count models, refer to that list.
