Model: Deco X73-DSL
Hardware Version: V7
Firmware Version: 232323

I'm experiencing connectivity issues with my TP-Link router when trying to manage my TikTok Shop. The connection randomly drops during live sessions and product uploads. Are there any specific router settings or firmware updates that could help improve stability?

Hi, Have you tried to connect the working equipment that is used for TikTok managing via Ethernet cables to the Deco X73-DSL?

After that, it is also recommended to enable QOS and set the working devices as "High Priority".

By the way, what is the current firmware for the Deco X73-DSL?

How long have you had Deco? and how much internet bandwidth you have subscribed from the ISP?

Best regards.
