just bought the TD-W8970B and configured it.
But I have a problem with the bandwidth control.
When I want to add a new rule, I can't enter a min and max rate. The fields are just greyed out.
Anybody knows how to solve that?

Did you set total upsteam/downstream bandwidth first and save it?

Hey, sorry I was stupid, just had to activate bandwidth control first :-)
But now I have a real problem I can't solve:
I can't enter my real maximum down stream. So the webinterface says "Current Down Stream Rate 10112 Kbps", but when I use this as "Total Downstream Bandwidth" my downloads slow down for around 100 KB/s.
The problem is that I can't enter a higher value, then it says "Your input downstream bandwidth is larger than max bandwidth!"
The status page says "current downstream rate 10112 kbps" and "max downstream rate 11621 kbps", but the max value never becomes the current value...
I've already posted that problem in another forum, but unfortunately they couldn't help me, maybe because of misunderstandings. Here is the thread:

I'm not sure for 100% but I think that is problem (bug) in firmware. I propose contact with TP-link support.
