Your Netgear must be using 192.168.1.1 as well.

1. Switch off the Netgear
2. Connect your pc to the extender via the Powerline Utility or 192.168.1.1.
3. Change it to something else like 192.168.1.2 & reboot
4. You can now connect to the extender via the Powerline Utility or 192.168.1.2

Thanks for instructions.
Netghear dhcp was configured for range 192.168.0.XX so i think the problem was on incompatible ip range.
Netgear was very old so I've buy a new tp-link td-w8980 with WPS function.
Using WPS function now I don't need to program extender via its web page.
Now 192.168.1.1 is the router's page configuration.
So if I'll need to manually configure the extender I'll follw you instructions.

Tanks
