Greetings

I want to manually arp an ip (192.168.1.150) with a specific mac adress (FF:FF:FF:FF:FF) through telnet

i use the commands (from my win7 cmd):

1) telnet 192.168.1.1 (my routers ip) and i give my pass
2) ip arp add 192.168.1.150 FF:FF:FF:FF:FF

In what ever maner i write my mac address, i always have an error no FF:FF:FF:FF:FF hardware found. What am i doing wrong??

PS. I just want to arp a new ip adress to properly use wake on wan feature..
