How to Setup GoogleDNS/ OpenDNS in router firmware?

Model : TD-W8961ND
Hardware Version : V3
Firmware Version :
ISP : MTNL
Offlate i have been facing a lot of problem accessing certain sites. But when i use Google DNS they become accessible.
I tried to setup GoogleDNS in the router itself so i dont have to configure every device used on my home wifi to use google dns. But the firmware doesnt seem to be accepting the changes when i try to save the settings.
Pls guide me for the same!
