I have two PC's running win XP connecting to the internet via ethernet cable.
I wish connect a win Surface tablet via wireless.
Surface sees the network but will not connect.
It requires a network security key.
Will not accept the n/work security key shown in modem settings.
Any ideas?

Try to change a password to disable security to test. Other wireless clients are working OK?

Try to change a password to disable security to test
Firstly you can make this test ok.
Next:
Kind of key: WPA2/AES and in DHCP Settings tab please enter some DNS addresses (for example 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4).
