Region : Canada

Model : TD-W8968

Hardware Version : V1

Firmware Version : 140925

ISP : Acanac

The latest firmware version has definitely solved the voip connection issues that we had with NAT and Timing out but now we lose DSL connectivity at least once a week. The power, DSL, Internet, WIFI lights are all on and steady but cannot access the web or even the web interface while connected by wifi or Ethernet cable! Do the Tech's at TP-Link have any solution?

You leave it on all the time in one week? Maybe it works a long time and need a break?

Here's a Log from today Dec 05, 2014
The date and Time are off but the NTP server settings are good and before the modem fails, the time is correct!
But as soon as it drops out, the date and time are off again??? I'm not sure if this has anything to do with the disconnection or lack of auto reconnect?

these logs are taken just after I reboot since I'm completely locked out of the modem's functions even when connected via RJ45.
Can anyone help? Firmware is the latest version V1-140925.
I tried adjusting the timeout periods but to no success, it still drops out!

Logs got after reboot won't be quite helpful to figure out the issue since reboot will clear the previous log and restore time settings to default.

Have same issue

Received my router a couple of weeks ago and notice is lasts 1-2 days and then existing WIFI and Ethernet devices start reporting no internet activity, no access to router management page, new WIFI connections cannot be established, and only fix is to power off/on. TP-LINK chat support suggested I turn off UPNP (Forwarding -> UPnP). Have done this and waiting to see if it helps.
