I don't know how to see the hardware version or the firmware version

I just bought the kit and updated it sonit the latest.

Alexa worked for a few days and now it say Devices Unresponsive. yes both devices are unresponsive.

I have removed the skill readded it. I don't know or care what Kasa is. I bought this item because it must work on Alexa and nothing else is an option.

I ajve reset the hub and the switch. Is this stuff generally this useless or is there some kind of special undocumented secret to get it working again?

Or do I send it all back for a refund ?
