WLAN, RJ45 not responding

Hi,
I bought a TL-MR3020 router yesterday and is not working.
I follow step by step in the manual but when I connect power to the router the WLAN led never turn on. (only flashed ones) so I can't find the router in wifi in my PC. SSID never shows.
I also connected to the PC with Ethernet cable provided in the box and can't access.With and without fixed IP and nothingg happend.
I tried to reset the router pressing the WPA/RESET button for 10, 12, 15 seconds and router looks is doing nothing . Only power led is on and all leds on when changing from 3G to AP.
If I connect the ethernet cable the RJ45 LED is not showing activities too.
