Hello,

Recently we have purchased a couple of VR400s and VR2100s and on the website it says that they both support Backup internet connection on WAN/LAN port. As you can see on the attached image. My question is how do I enable this feature ?

You've misunderstood the backup feature, but I have to admit that on the screenshot you posted it's a ittle bit misleading.

Actually the only backup connection for these DSL momdem routers is the 3G/4G network through a USB modem.

Using a WAN/LAN4 port is just an additional Wireless Router Mode (an alternative of the DSL Modem Router Mode).
