TP-LINK TL-PA4020PT and Billion BiPac 7800N do not work well together
Region : UnitedKingdom
Model : TL-PA4010PKIT
Hardware Version : V2
Firmware Version :
ISP : Plus Net
Hi,
I've been using the router provided by PlusNet - Thomson 585 - with my TP-LINK TL-PA4020PT adapters with no issues.
Now I'm trying to use my own Billion BiPac 7800N and I'm having one problem: the powerline LED in the adapter that is connected to the router goes off after a while - overnight or while I'm at the office and not using any device in the network - and the devices connected by ethernet lose network access. The remaining adapters do keep their 3 lights on though.
Looks like either the router or the adapter - or both - go into power saving mode.
Any ideas?
Thanks.
