Hey! I haven't had any problems with my MR6400 router for a few years. But since this morning something strange is happening with it. The router has an internet connection, which I check in the app, but when I connect to it via Wi-Fi, e.g. with my phone, the phone shows that there is no internet. I have no idea what to do, I did a reset, changed settings and nothing helps. Any solutions?

May I confirm what is the hardware version of your router?

Can other client devices connected to the router and get internet access？

If all devices can not get internet from the router, it is suggested to follow the guide to check IP address obtained by the router and try steps in the corresponding guide.
