My modem/router does not have a wifi cloning button; therefore I tried to use your how to document on setting up the extender manually. However, after following the instructions, the website 192.168.1.1 is still not coming up. I plugged the extender directly into computer, it is still not working.

You got a WPA4220KIT, right?
Did you pair them?
To login its web interface and change security settings of the network, follow this.
1. Connect WPA4220 to your PC by a network cable.
2. Down and run utility for WPA4220.

3. Press Connect and type in admin for username and password.
4. After login, you can go to Wireless Settings and Wireless Security to change them.
