Hello, how i can update the main hub with the latest firmware with NVM PIB files? I can not find it. I already have update with the latest firmware satelite hubs with BIN file from the suport page.

If TP-Link hasn't posted any updates for the PLC part of the TL-WPA8631P and the TL-PA8010P, then it most likely means there are no updates available for it.
The 200714 within the firmware version string (2.7.0.44-02_801113_200714_902) should indicate a firmware date of 2020-JUL-14. I think I have not seen anything beyond that for any Qualcomm Atheros PLC chip.
The firmware for the Wi-Fi part of the TL-WPA8631P (i.e. the *.bin files that TP-Link provides for download) has to be updated via the web interface of the TL-WPA8631P, as you already did.
