Not working properly Deco E4 with my Existing Mesh network of X10

Hello !
I am using a mesh network of X10 of 3 units. they are working properly. but when I am trying to extend my network with another E4 deco, the E4 not working properly. The E4 is connecting to the network but no device is able to connect the E4. If I change the preference connection with my E4 for any device, the device are not able to use internet anymore. Even during that time the E4 devices name also going to blank and no device is able to connect to my E4 device. basically its not functioning.
Please help me to resolve the problem.

Hi, welcome to our community.
May I comfirm the hardware and firmware of your Deco E4?
Did ever reset and reconfigure Deco E4?
Did you connect E4 to another Deco X10 wirelessly or via Ethernet cable? What is the IP address obtained by Deco E4? Can you check it on Deco app and share here?
If it is wireless, you may connect E4 to one of your X10 via cable, then check again.
If there is no internet on the device connected to E4, can you check the IP address on the device and share here?

DECO Details
The name Room is Deco E4 and rest of all are X10. As its showing no device is able to connect with E4 even I have set Connection preference.
Yes, I have also tried with connecting the E4 via ethernet cable with the main deco but same result.
Main Deco IP : 192.168.100.1
Iham Room Deco : 192.168.103.250
NVR Room Deco : 192.168.103.249

Hi, thanks for your update.
1. What is your current Deco app version? Please update Deco app to latest from Google Play or Apple Store, then check again.
2. Can you power off the two satellite Deco X10? And only keep main Deco X10 and satellite E4 power on, put E4 closer to main X10 and make sure E4 is connected to main X10 properly, then check whether any client can be connected to E4.
3. We also need your cooperation to submit Deco app log following the thread using the email address you registered on our community.
