Model: RE500X
Hardware Version: V2
Firmware Version: 1.0.3 Build 20240109 Rel. 57277

Hi,

Since I am connected on my RE500X via Ethernet, my Internet connection cuts off every few seconds.
I can't access my router's ip adress despite entering it in Chrome's search bar.
This didn't occur before I connected my computer on the extender. What can I do please ?

Hi @LeLoupBlanc,

Thank you for reporting your issue to our community.

May I know is the wired connection of range extender unstable? How about the wireless connection?

Please try different cables, test different wired client devices for comparison.

Please update firmware to the latest version.

Thank you and hope you are well.
