Hello TP Link community, I am creating this thread because

I want to share something important that is happening with

my Deco Mesh X50 Tripack system.

It turns out that I previously had a Mercusys AC 1900 router with a 600MB fiber

plan with my internet service provider.

I switched to the Mesh system, but from the very beginning,

I have been experiencing issues with the 2.4GHz network.

As you can see in the following images,

the left side shows the 2.4GHz network and the right side shows the 5.0GHz network.

I would appreciate any help with a solution.

  @jaimepe

Hi, Thanks for your feedback.

Is this "Infinix Note 12" the only device that can't work with the 2.4GHz band of Deco X50? How about other 2.4GHz clients?

Have you also tested enabling the Guest or IoT network with 2.4GHz only, then test whether the "Infinix Note 12" had similar issues?

Wait for your reply.

Best regards.
