Random disconnection since update

Since the latest update on March 31st, I've had daily disconnections on my full fibre connection here in the UK. Can't really remember too many issues, since I bought the Deco BE65 unit a year ago. I haven't a clue why this is happening all of a sudden. The ONT on the wall from my ISP has all the lights showing internet etc. I've checked my ISP status page and all seems to be working with their network. So I don't know what to do with the Deco unit to diagnose what the issue may be.

@David-TP definitive proof that the Deco BE65 after the latest firmware update is the issue for me. I have connected the supplied ISP router and the high latency has completely disappeared. I had another disconnection 7:30pm tonight and since the supplied router nobody in our house is complaining about lagging/latency. I will post more screenshots after the Easter weekend with the ISP router connected. But so far our connection is more stable now.

So with the suppiled router been online since just after 7:30pm last night. My oldest son was gaming throuthout the night and has said the connection is more stable 100%. Apart from my oldest son we were all out yesterday until after 3pm. Once we were all online until the random disconnection just before 7:30pm, the connection is very unstable. Now with the supplied ISP router in place. As you can see it's now back to normal. I did notice last night the Deco app for IOS had an update version 3.9.50 "Fixed some bugs and improved the stability" I assume that's for the IOS app only. But until I speak to an TP Link engineer via remote session, I will keep the supplied router connected.

I have yesterday connected the Deco BE65 up again. With the supplied router connected I had no issues whatsoever. From the pic below, I connected Zzoomm's router on the 18th, the connection was more stable afterwards. I connected up the Deco BE65 yesterday on the 21st just before 11am. The connections is more unstable so whatever was in the firmware update on the 31st has defo made my Deco more unstable now. I have responded to Parker.H by email with a time that is good for me with the time diffrence. But sadly I haven't had a responce from them with a date and time for a remote session etc.
Like I said from the time I bought the Deco in July last year, I haven't had any issues tbh. Since the last firmware update, for whatever reason. Whenever we have ppl now on our 1gig connection we are having issues and I don't know how to fix it.
Thanks Michael

Can comfirm that I have been downgraded to firmware version 1.0.8 Build 20250326 Rel. 51578 and I have no issues whatsoever. So the firmware on the 31st was the problem for me with my Deco BE65. This was yesterday before 7am I had my ISP supplied router connected. The red lines is the TP Link guy adding the old firmware to my Deco and then I had no issues ffor the rest of Sunday and today so far. So this has defo fixed the issue ffor me.

Just to add, not that it's any help for this firmware version really, however, I was experiencing the same issue with the latest firmware update. Although on mine it was literally disconnecting several times a day, which created huge problems for my wife who was working from home at the time.
I tried every conceivable way to remedy the problem and I got precisely nowhere, the issue persisted no matter what. I'm certainly no stranger to networking or technology in general being an ex-semiconductor engineer and perhaps more relevantly, a beta tester of networking hardware for a company I obviously cannot mention due to NDA's, for over 20 years now.
I should never have bought the Tp-Link mesh system, however it was a cheap and reasonably performant option to upgrade to WiFi 7. And perhaps more importantly, it was the only option available to me at the time to get delivered same day.
Anyway, after several days of tinkering to try and remain on the latest firmware update and have a stable internet connection - to be clear, the WiFi network remained operational, but access to the internet was gone completely - I very nearly threw this hot garbage in the bin and replace it with a much more reliable brand.
As a last resort though, I force downgraded to the previous firmware version, which is what was on the routers when I bought them, and sure enough, here I am over a month later and not a single hiccup whatsoever.
There is quite clearly an issue with the latest firmware update from Tp-Link, whether they want to admit it or not, but I have seen far too many people complaining about the exact same issue for it not to be firmware related. This is no mere coincidence.
Frankly, I'm shocked that this release got through testing without the problem being detected. It makes me wonder just how limited Tp-Links testing regime actually is and it certainly does not fill me with confidence for the future. Despite having no issues since I downgraded the firmware, I cannot rely on these routers to work in the future, and why should we miss out on any actual improvements just because severe bugs such as this manage to escape the testers at at Tp-Link, so I will be returning to the brand I trust at my earliest opportunity.
I can say with absolute confidence, due to my many years of testing hardware and software on a freelance basis for one of the market leaders in this field, that there's no way this firmware would have been released by them in this condition, we would have spotted this problem a mile away.
