TL-MR3020 Download very slow (WISP-mode)

I have a problem with the speed of the internet-connection over the 3020 in WISP-mode.
It doesn't matter where I'm using it, it's very slow. Much slower than the direct connection (about a quarter of the speed)
And I have two 3020s, the problem exists on both.
If I test it at home I have about 25MBit WLAN download rate, with the 3020 it drops to 6!
The upload is never a problem! It's the same no matter if with or without the 3020.
I'm using the standard config, no filtering, no firewall, no restrictions...
